      Her publications to date include:

      ‘The China Bird’, 2008

An intriguingly personal collection of short fiction based largely on her experiences as a stranger in a foreign land.

Born in Devon and raised in Cornwall before moving north to York with her family, Bryony eventually settled in Sheffield where she met her partner, who is also a writer.

Bryony has one son, a serving soldier, and she is currently engaged in the editing of her new pamphlet of poetry under the working title of ‘Preparation for Theatre’, due for publication in 2014, the subject of which is the kaleidoscope of emotion that families have been asked to face while their children were serving in Afghanistan.
